Big Win for Atishay: ₹11.16 Cr Health Welfare Order in WB

Atishay Ltd has been awarded a work order valued at ₹11.16 crore by the Department of Health and Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, for the printing and distribution of beneficiary cards under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY).

The contract covers the printing and delivery of both AB PM-JAY Cards and AB Vay Vandana Cards across eight districts in the state—Bankura, Birbhum, Jalpaiguri, Kalimpong, Murshidabad, Nadia, Purba Bardhaman and Uttar Dinajpur.

As part of the project, the company will print and supply approximately 2.26 crore beneficiary cards, totaling 22.57 million units. The contract value of ₹11.16 crore is inclusive of applicable GST.

The work is scheduled to be completed within nine months from the date of issuance of the work order. The project is expected to support the efficient rollout and accessibility of government-backed healthcare benefits by ensuring timely distribution of beneficiary identification cards.

The award further strengthens Atishay’s position in the e-governance and public service delivery sector, where the company provides technology-driven solutions, secure document management services and citizen-centric support for large-scale government welfare programmes.

The contract also highlights the continued emphasis on digital governance and healthcare inclusion initiatives aimed at expanding access to social welfare benefits across West Bengal.
